“Ryan was really great for us. I was recommended to him by a friend who recently purchased a home. I emailed him basically out of the blue and we got started. You’ll start with a series of phone calls generally outlining the process, followed by really good communication via email and/or phone. This isn’t someone you’ll have trouble getting in touch with.

From start to finish, Ryan explained everything we needed to know, sometimes even in encyclopedic detail, about everything we needed to make this home happen.

I can’t say enough how much in good hands you’ll be by going with Ryan for your mortgage.

If I had to pick a “con”, if you will, there were a few times I had a question, but I couldn’t work it in during Ryan’s explanation of a processes, so just have a pen and paper ready. I chalk this up to his passion of his industry, and is not a criticism at all. Additionally something to be aware of not just with Ryan, but with anyone. You’re going to receive emails that are just a wall of 17 deliverables that need to be delivered immediately. And if you get 4 done, you’ll receive another email of the remaining 13 deliverables that need to be done immediately. But again, this is more a criticism of the process, and more likely the regulatory nature of buying a home post-housing crash.

Ryan’s pretty cool, and you should definitely go with him and his team for your mortgage.”
