Steve was critical to me and my fiance getting our house. I am new to town and he exceeded the reputation I gathered of him from a few people I know. Market was competitive, time was tight, and he never missed a step. He’s organized, focused and friendly. He handles things that would probably stress other people out and never lets it get to you. I only found out the layers to the transaction when I listened to the lawyer talking at the closing. Steve showed up for that too by the way. Probably took three hours out of his day just to be there. First time buying a place and I’m lucky I found Steve. Pride aside, I don’t think I would have the house right now without him.
