Ryan made what is typically seen as a monotonous experience into a piece of cake! When we approached him about a possible refi, we never felt pressured into going forward and always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. Ryan counseled us based on our situation, providing data for our options so we could make an educated decision. From day one he worked to get us the best interest rate while reducing our closing costs. He was also in constant communication – letting us know what to expect before we got an email with a document to sign, making sure all our questions were answered – always within minutes! To top it all off, our cost to close was lower than what we were originally quoted. Overall, a fabulous experience, we would recommend Ryan to everyone!
