Ryan is the best mortgage lender I have work with. I have gone through the buying process before but none of the other experiences came close to working with Ryan. It felt like he was working with us day and night, phone calling and text messaging. He made it possible for us to buy in some of the toughest market for the buyers. Ryan was not a type of lender that would give you the pre-approval letter and let you go find your dream house. I think this is where many people got into trouble, where they would go out and find their dream house and only come to find out that for some reason or another we’re not able to get the mortgage for the house. So the dream house remains as a dream. This actually happened to us where we were working with a lender for over a year trying to buy this house. At the end we decided to walk away from it.

Working with Ryan was not anything like that, he was with us every step of the way. It felt like he went to every open house with us and saw every house we went to see. He was not afraid to tell us no when we were about to put in an offer for this property that probably had every buyer in town making an offer. We ended up taking his advice and moved on. Event if we had made an offer and was the highest offer, we would not get the house because of the ridiculous demands made by the seller.

Anyway we finally found our dream house and Ryan and his team was able to make it into reality. He event helped us with the price negotiations and we end up buying the house for a lot less than the asking price, which was very surprised because every house that comes on the market during that time in Shrewsbury usually sell the following week for the asking price or higher.

I can keep going about working with Ryan, but the bottom line is I think he is just good at what he does and he is just better than most people in his business. Well there is one more thing I want to share with you. I had three other closing prior to this one and every one of them was delayed and there were extension after extension. Ryan really surprised me that there was no delay or extension on this closing.
