My husband and I have owned our home for 12 years and have been trying to refinance for the last 6 years. We ran into many road blocks and never had success. My husband listens to talk radio on his way home from work and listened to a rep from Drew Mortgage who convinced us to contact them. My initial call to Ryan at Drew Mortgage was very positive. Ryan immediately made an appointment for us to go talk to him in person and spelled out everything we needed to have with us on that appointment. Ryan was extremely pleasant and helpful in suggesting programs that would work for us and no matter what road block we hit during the process, he remained positive and offered solutions to get us through. We decided to do a VA loan and Ryan was very knowledgeable with that type of loan. If there was something he didn’t know, he made phone calls and went over and above to make sure we were moving in the right direction. Ryan set a realistic goal to close on our refinance and we were able to close on time despite some obstacles we had. There were no hidden fees and everything was spelled out in writing. We were also able to do many things over the phone and through email to avoid having to travel to his office to sign documents. I would recommend using Drew Mortgage and talk to Ryan when refinancing. He went above and beyond our expectations.
