This is the second refinance Ryan has completed for me. The first refi I did a few years ago was started and failed with 2 other lenders. These other lenders did not anticipate snags and did not stay on top of things. Things had to be worked through such as driveway agreements, farm insurance snags, jumbo VA loan, low loan to value ETC. This resulted in lost time and money with multiple water tests, insect inspections, appraisals ETC. Many months of stress. The other lenders were always behind the curve allowing time to run out on test reports and appraisals. I was listening to the radio one day and heard folks from Drew Mortgage and decided to call them. Ryan closed that loan in 9 business days where the other lenders failed after many months of incompetence. I couldn’t believe after all the money and stress trying to refi with other lenders Ryan got it done so quickly. I recently had to refinance the same property again with under new challenging circumstances and once again Ryan got it done without any stress. Ryan is highly professional, thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, and a pleasure to do business with.
