Taking on a mortgage is not a time for half measures; which is why I trust Paul Sapienza–exclusively–in that process. I have worked with Paul three times on two purchases and one refinance. Every time he comes back with a rate that makes my jaw drop… I can’t imagine the spread! Nevertheless he works hard and honestly for his client getting the best he can. Paul is also licensed in multiple states so, for example, if you are looking to become a snowbird in the future Paul can still help you out. I appreciate the professional and efficient manner in which Paul conducts business and look forward to recommending him to friends and working with him again when the time comes.
