*Minimum loan amount of $175,000 – owner-occupied or second homes only. This promised home mortgage does not include the cost for escrow waiver requests. The borrower must make a minimum of six (6) mortgage payments prior to exercising this “no points/no closing” cost option. Client must meet all credit and underwriting guidelines for the mortgage loan program when applying.
