would like to take a moment to thank you for everything throughout this
house buying experience. When Fran first recommended your
service, I figured you were just another mortgage guy but you came with
a recommendation. I was wrong. From the time we started this
process, until we ended, a full year, I
felt you certainly had my best interest in mind. Buying a
house is a stressful process however I was confident because I
knew you were thorough and you were definitely clear about everything I
had to do and the documentation I had to have. I am very happy to
finally be finished with this process but if I were to do it all over
again I would not want anyone else to write my mortgage for
