Your only up-front fee is $324.00* to cover the cost of a property appraisal and credit check. You will receive copies of the appraisal and credit report after you close your loan.

Here are the items you will be asked to provide in order for us to process your refinance loan:

A copy of your most recent mortgage statement
Three most recent pay stubs (for all parties on the mortgage)
W2 statements for the two most recent years (for all parties on the mortgage)
If you are self-employed, be sure to include copies of your federal tax returns for the two most recent years. (State returns are not required.)
Copies of your checking/savings account statements for the three most recent months, and 401K statements if available
A copy of the front and back of your driver’s licenses. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT; THIS IS PART OF THE NEW US PATRIOT ACT AND IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
A check for the appraisal and credit report in the amount of $324.00 as noted above
A copy of the property deed/legal description
A copy of a mortgage survey/plot plan done at the time of purchase or at the most recent refinance.
A copy of the owner’s title insurance policy issued when you originally purchased your home
A copy of the current home insurance policy showing the annual premium
A copy of your current property tax bill
*if the property is a multi-family (2-4 unit), then a check for $474 would be needed. 
  ($450 for appraisal and $24 for credit).

A copy of the offer to purchase agreement (once you find a property)
A copy of the fully-executed purchase and sale (P&S) agreement (once you find a property)
A copy of the MLS listing for the sale of your home, or the HUD report if it has already been sold (Please disregard if you are not a homeowner.)
Three most recent pay stubs (for all parties on the mortgage)
W2 statements for the two most recent years (for all parties on the mortgage)
